Refund Policy — GoContrôle CRM

1. Principle

A GoContrôle CRM subscription is billed in advance, on a 2-week or 1-month cycle. If you cancel before the end of a cycle, the unused portion is refunded pro rata for the remaining time.

2. Timelines

• Request: to contact@crm.gocontrole.com, within 30 days of the payment.
• Processing: within 7 business days of receiving the request.
• Payout: through the same payment method used for the purchase, generally 5 to 10 business days after processing (the payment provider's own timing).

3. How the amount is calculated

The pro-rata refund is calculated as follows:

price per seat × number of seats × remaining fraction of the cycle

Example — monthly cycle, 3 seats at $380 CAD per seat: a total of $1,140 CAD. Cancelling halfway through the cycle gives a refund of about $570 CAD.

The same calculation applies in all four currencies: $270 USD, €240 EUR and CHF 225 per seat per cycle.

4. Cases with no refund

• Cycles already started and used in full.
• Cases of account abuse, fraud or credential sharing.
• Breach of the terms of service (/terms).
• Processing and billing fees imposed by the payment provider: they are not refundable.
• Subscriptions billed directly by a third-party provider (online booking, chat): they fall under that provider's own terms.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is requested at contact@crm.gocontrole.com and takes effect at the end of the current cycle. No cancellation fee applies.

6. Billing and taxes

Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) acts as merchant of record: it collects the payment, applies taxes and issues the invoice. A refund returned by Paddle may therefore be subject to a tax adjustment under the rules of the billing jurisdiction.
